Booking Policy
No refunds will be issued for piano room rentals. If you have already booked a piano room and need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled time; otherwise, requests for changing the reserved time or postponing the reservation will NOT be accepted. If you, your student, or your teacher need to cancel the use of the piano room due to illness, see Illness-Related Cancellation.
Illness-Related Cancellation
If you, your student, or your teacher need to cancel the use of the piano room due to illness, please provide a valid doctor’s certificate. As long as the “notification time” is before the “scheduled booking time”, we may consider rescheduling or postponing the appointment. Aside from illness, we do NOT accept any leave requests that are unrelated to our company, including but not limited to “personal matters at home” or “inability to attend”.
Online Booking System
The online booking system on this website offers booking services for rooms within the next 4 weeks. Each booking is for a duration of 1 hour, and the price is calculated at the “Single Booking”. The system only accepts payment through credit card. If you wish to use other payment methods (e.g.: Bank Transfer, FPS, PayMe, Alipay, WeChat Pay), please contact us via WhatsApp at +852 9690 9955.

Terms of Use
The centre is equipped with closed-circuit television (CCTV). Please use the rooms, instruments, and all facilities responsibly. In the event of damage caused by improper use, the user is responsible for covering the repair costs of equipment or compensating the full value of the instruments.
Attention
The rooms at our centre are not equipped with professional soundproofing facilities. Therefore, when using the rooms, customers may hear sounds from neighboring rooms. In light of this, the centre recommends that customers assess the acoustic effects by opting for “Single Booking” before deciding to purchase a package. Additionally, to minimize the likelihood of mutual interference, customers may also consider renting the rooms during periods of lower foot traffic.

The building utilizes a central air conditioning system; please be mindful of keeping warm.
