No one is born to be talented. My favorite teaching method is inspired by Mr Suzuki. It talks about how unique every single student is and how they can all be educated well, although they have different raising cultures and backgrounds. In this case, teaching passion is important, but to me, a deep understanding of the children and the mother-like-patience are what I’m also focusing on. One key can’t open all doors, so does education. I try different ways to get to understand students’ cans and can’ts so I could use the most efficient way to make sure they know what I want them to know. There’s no fast way to learn but I’d make sure that I don’t give up until my students understand all they need, step by step.
